Framehawk was founded in 2008 by Peter Badger and Stephen Vilke, two leaders in real-time applications for the financial services industry. The co-founders recognized an emerging need to bring enterprise applications to mobile devices in a way that simultaneously met the experience needs of end-users and also the data security and rapid development needs of the enterprise.
The company launched its flagship product, the Framehawk Mobile Application Platform, in 2011. The Framehawk Platform enables enterprises to quickly develop and deliver secure, high-fidelity mobile client apps for critical enterprise applications. The platform enables a native user experience, delivers LAN-like performance over mobile networks, and provides the data-leakage resistance necessary in a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) world.
As tablets and smartphones make aggressive inroads into the enterprise, Framehawk is seeing rapid adoption of its platform by leading Fortune 500 companies. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in New York and London.
